This McDonald's has been a long-time companion in Kuta ad every time I go there, I always shop. The store is small, but the service is fast and the staff are friendly. because it's busy, the seats are sometimes full. The burgers are always delicious and the fries are hot. Payment is easy at the cashier. The sinks are functional, and soap is available, as is the hand dryer. Parking is difficult if you drive, so it's better to walk. Thankyou MCD kuta.

this place is my favorite a specially for fast food restaurants. everiday is busy so it’s normal that some of the tables are still dirty, but there are new crew she’s on the picture that I posted. super kind, friendly, helpful and always smiling, she clean up all the table so feel more comfortable to seat. Bravo

Standard McDonald’s, staff do a great job in keeping up with cleaning and keeping restaurant tidy. Menu options are good, place is small and seating limited so be aware of you have larger group. Given size of store can get noisy and loud very quickly.

Nice to have a McDonalds nearby. Afters days of good Indonesian cuisine:) A nice ice cream or burger is what you sometimes just need. Especially when it is again freaking hot outside and nicely cool inside the shop. I really love their ice cream and have sometimes 2 in a row. Just to cool down.

the food ordered were fast delivered. tasty . however, the table, the left out was not cleaned properly. the seat look filthy. they need to fix this. it was not up to standard.
